1. Calibration Tools Preparation & Cautions

  1. Calibration cloth
    • Front / Rear: 4m × 1.2m
    • Left / Right: 1.2m × 1.6m (not required for manual stitching)

  2. Tape measures: 2–4 pieces, measuring range ≥ 7.5m
  3. Site: Open area ≥ 12m (L) × 6m (W), flat ground (no slopes)
  4. Environment: Normal brightness; no water on the ground
  5. Operation: 1–2 people in the car during calibration; do not get on/off the vehicle

2. General Calibration Flow

Place calibration cloth → Record dimension parameters → Input vehicle parameters → Select calibration cloth → Start point marking → One-click stitching → Complete

3. Manual Stitching Process

  1. Front and rear calibration cloth must be parallel to the vehicle.Ensure front/rear cameras capture the edge near the vehicle.
  2. Camera images must be parallel to the vehicle body.

Left/right cameras should capture black squares on front/rear calibration cloth.
  3. Calibration cloth center must align with vehicle centerline.
  4. Measure vehicle length and width.
    • Vehicle height
    • Wheelbase
    • Front track
    • Rear overhang
    • Front camera height
    • Rear camera height
    • Left camera height
    • Right camera height
    • Distance: rearview mirror to front bumper
    • Distance: rear bumper to rear calibration cloth
    • Distance: front bumper to front calibration cloth
    • Lens typePrecision measurement items:

Manual Stitching Steps

  1. Enter panorama screen
  2. Tap the Settings icon
  3. Tap Version Number 5 times continuously
  4. Enter Stitching
  5. Select Manual Stitching Calibration Cloth
  6. Input vehicle parameters
  7. Input measured data
  8. Select camera type
  9. Lens calibration
  10. Front view / Rear view point selection
  11. Left view point selection
  12. Right view point selection
  13. Save
  14. Start stitching
  15. Save and exit

4. Automatic Stitching

Steps 1–6 are the same as manual stitching.

Automatic Stitching Steps

  1. Enter panorama screen
  2. Tap Settings icon
  3. Tap Version Number 5 times
  4. Enter Stitching
  5. Select Automatic Stitching Calibration Cloth
  6. Input vehicle parameters
  7. Input measured data
  8. Select camera type
  9. Start stitching
  10. Save and exit

Note: Press Confirm after placing the cloth to enter the parameter input page.

5. Basic Fine-Tuning

For slight distortion or deformation after stitching.

  1. For messy full-screen image (front/rear/left/right): use the following method.
  2. Front/rear calibration cloth corner distortion:

Move corresponding coordinate points 1–2 pixels in the same direction.
  3. Left/right image tilt distortion:

Move corresponding cursor 1–2 pixels to the right.

6. Advanced Fine-Tuning

For bending, misalignment, or seam issues after stitching.

  1. Curved / arced image

    Adjust Vertical value.

Tip: Long press OK to switch to the corresponding view.
    • Concave / convex → adjust Vertical
    • Misalignment → adjust Horizontal

  2. Non-parallel image

    Adjust Horizontal value.
  3. Seam misalignment (front-left, front-right, rear-left, rear-right)

Adjust Left Seam / Right Seam → Left Shift / Right Shift
  4. Flared / horn-shaped distortion

Adjust Left Seam / Right Seam → Left Rotate / Right Rotate
