1.If the MMI system flashes or displays incorrectly, please select the correct ‘Car Display’ and 'CAN protocol' option based on your vehicle model and MMI system version
Routes:Setting->Factory(code"1314" or "2018")-Car Display/CAN protocol
Note: After selecting ‘Car Display’ or 'CAN protocol' option, wait 10 seconds and then press the RST hole of the screen to restart
2.If the MMI system show "No signal" or Control knob not working
1>Refer to the wiring diagram to make sure the connections are correct, not loose, and the connectors are fully inserted
2>Based on the image above, select the correct ‘CAN Protocol’ option (if the option is correct, please re-select it), and wait 10 seconds and then press the RST hole in the upper left corner of the screen to restart
3.if Android no sound,go to original menu- media, source, stay at AUX or AMI channel, keep it there, cannot exit to other menu, touch screen to android music, sound will come out
If the AUX or AMI option is not available in the MMI system, connect the included AMI cable to your car’s AMI port to activate AUX (the other end no need to connect ).
