1.Please insert the SIM card in the correct direction,first time SIM card insertion requires screen reboot,there is a label on the Android screen, please insert the SIM card in the direction indicated by the label
2.Make sure the 4G antenna is well connected and the 4G antenna is away from the GPS antenna.
3.If the SIM card is recognized but no signal,unable access the internet:
1>.Insert the SIM card into the phone and confirms that it can access the Internet, check the phone's APN settings, change the APN settings on the Android screen to the same settings as the phone or try all APN options
2>.turn off network time, and synchronize the time of your Android screen to the local time zone and time.
Or connect WIFI and turn on "use network time"
